Filo Feta - Feta cheese wrapped in filo pastry deep fried & topped with local Greek honey & sesame seeds.
Tzatziki - Fresh Greek yogurt, cucumber, garlic & olive oil.

Loukaniko - Traditional sautéed sausage.
Mini chicken Souvlaki - tender peaces of chicken marinated in a traditional mix of local herbs & chargrilled to perfection with fried potatoes with oregano

Mousaka - a traditional favourite, layers of aubergine, zucchinis and potatoes with aromatic minced beef and topped with a Béchamel sauce.
After Dinner
Greek yogurt mousse- with home made preserved fruit.

Mixed Grill - a perfect mix of Lamb chops, pork & chicken souvlaki, local sausage & Cypriot cheftelia (traditional meat balls from Cyprus)
Kondosouvli - a traditional favourite, I've tend to pieces of juicy pork & chicken roasted over hot coals on a large sword like skewer, imagine a giant souvlaki.
Whole Lamb - the true essence of a traditional Greek barbecue, whole lamb slow roasted over a hot coals, it doesn't get any better than this.
Add seafood to the grill - add shrimps, calamari & octopus to any of our BBQ menus
